Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted its following session headed by Mr. Mazahir Panahov on 15 November 2010.

At the session, the appeals submitted CEC related with 7 November 2010 Elections to the Milli Majlis were considered. As five of the appeals have been submitted by missing the deadline, they were returned back the applicants, five of them were not implemented due to groundlessness, in two cases, as the conflict matter has been settled, they were terminated to be considered and one of them was sent to the relevant Con.EC on determination for investigation and investigation period of others was extended.

At the session of the Commission, current issues were also considered.

At the session, representatives of mass media also took part.
