Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted its following session headed by Mr. Mazahir Panahov on 18 November 2010.

At the session, the appeals submitted CEC related with 7 November 2010 Elections to the Milli Majlis were considered. As three of the appeals have been submitted by missing the deadline, they were returned back the applicants, five of them were not implemented due to groundlessness, investigation period of two was extended and one of them was sent to the relevant Con.EC on determination for investigation.

At the session of the Commission, current issues were also considered.

At the session, representatives of Election Observation Mission of OSCE Bureau for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, OSCE Baku office and mass media also took part.
