Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted its following session headed by Mr. Mazahir Panahov on 19 November 2010.

At the session, the appeals submitted CEC related with 7 November 2010 Elections to the Milli Majlis were considered. As two of the appeals have been submitted by missing the deadline, they were returned back the applicants, others were not implemented due to groundlessness. Furthermore, it was decided to consider the voting results invalid in precinct # 7 on Shamakhi Con.EC # 85, in precinct # 18 on Con.EC # 10 due to the impossibility of determining voters' will.

At the session of the Commission, current issues were also considered.

At the session, representatives of Election Observation Mission of OSCE Bureau for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights and mass media also took part.
