The Central Election Comission, this time, has published "Guide for the participation of police officers in Elections to the

 

Milli Majlis”. The text of the guidebook has been prepared jointly with the Ministry of Interior Affairs.

 

The guidebook is considered for police officers to use in the fourth-call Elections to the Milli Majlis appointed to 7 November 2010.

 

The pamphlet contains detailed information on the activities to be implemented by police officers during pre-election campaign, in the process of transmitting and preserving official election documents and implementing their service duties on the voting day.

 

The guide has been prepared in conformity with the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, law "On police”, Election Code and the normative acts approved by the CEC.

 

Let’s remind that by this guide, CEC also published a guidebook for candidates to deputy in Elections to the Milli Majlis.
