The Central Election Commission (CEC) held the next session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on February 12, 2025.

Firstly, the session minute of the Commission dated February 10 was approved.

Later, during the session the appeals filed to CEC in regard with the Municipal elections held on January 29, 2025 were examined. During the session also attended by the interested subjects, detailed information was provided about the comprehensive, fair and transparent investigation process conducted with the direct participation of the applicants regarding the appeals. Relevant decisions were adopted regarding the appeals put into the session agenda within the timeframe and manner as defined in the election legislation upon the discussion with the participation of the applicants and interested subjects.

Current issues were also considered at the end of the CEC session broadcasted by media outlets.
