The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the next session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on September 15, 2024. Firstly, the session minute of the Commission dated 13 September 2024 was approved.

Later, the appeals entered the Central Election Commission in regard with the election dispute resolution in the early Elections to the Milli Majlis held on September 1, 2024 were reviewed at the session. Appropriate decisions were made after wide discussion with the participation of media representatives, interested subjects and applicants.

No 4, 6, 28, 31 of the Nizami first Con.EC No. 23-Sabail constituency No. 23, where the elections to the Milli Majlis were held, as a result of an objective, comprehensive and fully transparent investigation of the applications received by the Central Election Commission and information obtained from various sources and considering the circumstances that did not allow determining the will of the voters in polling stations No. 33 and were contrary to the requirements of the Election Code, considered the results of the voting in those polling stations invalid.
