The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the next session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on September 5, 2024. Firstly, the session minute of the Commission dated 29 August 2024 was approved.

Later, the appeals entered the Central Election Commission in regard with the election dispute resolution in the early Elections to the Milli Majlis held on September 1, 2024 were reviewed at the session. Following broad discussion of the Commission members, relevant decisions were adopted in regard with the appeals investigated within the timeframe and manner implied in legislation and Election Code within the timeframe manner defined in legislation.

Current issues were also considered at the CEC session attended by the representatives of international observation missions and media outlets.
