The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the next session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on August 28, 2024. Firstly, the Commission’s session minute dated 27 August, 2024 was approved.

Later, the appeals entered the Central Election Commission in regard with the early Elections to the Milli Majlis, appointed to September 1, 2024 were reviewed at the session.  Following broad discussion of the appeals by the Commission members, put into the session within the timeframe and manner defined in the legislation, relevant decisions were adopted with the direct participation of the representatives of international observation missions, media outlets and the interested subjects.

Current issues were also considered at the end of the session.
