The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the session chaired by Mr. Mazahir Panahov on July 24, 2024. Firstly, the Commission’s session minute dated 22 July, 2024 was approved.

Later, the issue on making amendments to the structures of some Constituency Election Commissions was considered. By the decision of CEC, the changes were made to the structures of some Constituency Election Commissions – Babek – Nakhchivan - Culfa  Con.EC # 5, and  Sabirabad – Shirvan Con.EC # 68.

Later, the appeals entered the Central Election Commission regarding the early Elections to the  Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan on September 1, 2024 were also reviewed.  As a result of extensive discussion of the members of the Commission with the direct participation of interested subjects, relevant decisions were made in regard the appeals investigated thoroughly and objectively for more efficient and effective provision of citizens ' electoral rights.

During the session broadcasted by the representatives of media outlets, current issues were also discussed.
