The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the session chaired by Mr. Mazahir Panahov on July 15, 2024. Firstly, the Commission’s session minute dated 12 July, 2024 was approved.

Later, the issue on the rule for preparation and number of final protocols on the voting results of election commissions in the early Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, appointed to September 1, 2024 was considered. It was decided to compile protocols according to the format and text of the samples defined by CEC, numbered one-by-one and indicating series in three copies, each copy in the form of different colored carbonized papers for Constituency and Precinct Election Commissions (Con.ECs and PECs) in compliance with their number. Pursuant to the decision, protocols on the voting results, as well as, 30 protocols not carbonized and not numbered for each of lower election commissions shall be prepared in printing at the Press of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Furthermore, the issue on the registration of the authorized representatives of Modern Musavat Party, Azerbaijan Democratic Enlightenment Party and Musavat Party in regard with the early Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan was also considered. The Commission decided to register the persons presented by the above-mentioned parties as authorized representatives.

During the session broadcasted by the representatives of media outlets, current issues were also discussed.
