The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the following session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on January 27, 2020. Firstly, the session minute of the Commission, dated January 17, 2020 was approved.

Later, a petition addressed to the CEC with the intention to conduct an exit-poll by the Civil Rights Protection League (jointly with AJF & Associates Inc.) (United States) in the Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan on February 9, 2020 was considered. The Commission carried out an investigation in accordance with the legislation of the time after the meeting to discuss the application of the organization of the upcoming parliamentary elections and decided to accredit the foregoing organization to hold "exit-poll".

Then, the appeal contesting electoral rights in the Elections to the Milli Majlis was examined and after extensive discussions, a substantiated decision was made on the appeal.

During the session attended by international observers and representatives of the media, who also joined the monitoring of the Elections to the Milli Majlis,current issues were discussed and changes were made to the composition of the Khatai Con.EC # 35.
