The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the following session chaired by Mr.MazahirPanahov on January 6, 2020.Firstly, the session minute ofthe Commission, dated 31 December 2019 was approved.

Later, the CEC reviewed the appeals in connection with the Municipal Elections on December 23, 2019 and the Elections to the MilliMajlis, dated February 9, 2020.After the appealsput in the session agenda in the manner and period prescribed by law have been discussed by the members of the Commission with the participation of the interested parties, relevant decisions were madeduring the meeting.

Current issues regarding the Municipal Elections on December 23, 2019 and the Elections to the MilliMajlis, dated February 9, 2020 were also considered at the session attended by the mass media representatives.
