The issue on the appeal filed to the Central Election Commission regarding the Municipal Elections was considered.

Commission member BakhsheyishAsgarov informed that the appeal had been filed from Turkoba municipality of the Con.EC # 75 and the appeal contained the claims on the commitment of the violations in the polling stations # 29 and 30 of that election constituency.

CEC implemented the appeal receivedimmediately as in compliance with the election legislation and decided to send it to the appropriate Con.EC for the investigation.
