The Central Election commission (CEC) conducted a session chaired by Mr. Mazahir Panahov on March 15, 2019. Firstly, the session minutes of the Commission dated November 22, 2018 were approved.

Later, the issue on making amendments to some normative acts of CEC and relevant amendments were approved.

During the session making amendments to the structures of some Constituency Election Commissions was also discussed. By the Commission decision, the structures of Sharur Con.EC # 2, Ordubad-Julfa Con.EC # 7, Yasamal first Con.EC # 15, (Ganja) Nizami first Con.EC # 37, Yevlakh Con.EC # 48, Haciqabyul-Kurdemir Con.EC # 58, Saatli-Sabirabad-Kurdamir Con.EC # 65, Jalilabad Con.EC # 67, , Lankaran-Astara Con.EC # 76, Shamkir Con.EC # 98, Balaken Con.EC # 109 and Oguz-Gabala Con.EC # 117 were amended.

The session was attended by the representatives of mass media.
